The meeting commenced at 7:00 PM. The minutes of January 2, 2007 were read and accepted with changes noted. The Board voted to accept Todd Mayo as an associate member of the ZBA.

The Cromacks presented the final house drawing of their proposed addition and answered all questions of the Board.~ No abutters were present.
Voting in favor of the request were Sarto Caron, Don Beal, Ron Seaburg, and Ray Korny.

Sarto explained to the Walkers that the Board would need an instrument~~ property survey and detailed architect drawings before we could proceed.~ It was also suggested that the Walkers visit other town boards before drawing up final plans because of constraints on building that may be established. Abutter present: Ms Laurie Allen, 15 Evelyn Drive.
Motion to adjourn was made, seconded and approved by all. Meeting adjourned at 8:40 PM.
